It helped me to realize that i have been letting people take advantage of me my whole life! I now am so confident and comfortable with my identity purpose in God and in my life! I learned that God speaks to me through his spirit to mine! It means so much to me to understand that! The new self confidence that I have found I was missing for so long, I only wish I read this as a young woman it would have helped me so much.
